We are a product team of entrepreneurs, engineers, designers, and strategists. We run our own businesses as well as collaborate with other companies and startups to build useful products.
About our core product: Inspitrip is the online travel platform, where travelers can find and connect with local people in order to have unique travel experiences. Our mission is to empower the local culture and responsible travel. We focus on delivering the best experiences to both travelers and local people: offering various experiences and background of local insiders, authentic travel experience, low-effort booking process for travelers.
The challenge
This is not a regular design job. You don't draw, sketch regular posters, banners or visual materials. If you expect those kind of jobs on daily basis, you're in the wrong place.
At InspiLab, you will design product, not only its appearance but also its functionality and usability. You will help with deciding which product we should build next, think through the product from all relevant angles.
You will learn how to create engaging user experience, depending on user's demands and behaviors, shape user flow and inspire development team with feature concepts.
You will work under the supervision of Product Director, collaborate closely with Tech and Marketing teams to go through a comprehensive product development process.
What we'd like to see in the candidate:
- Interested in UI/UX design, passion for users and design improvement based on user data.
- Familiar use of relevant design tools (Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Good communication skills and proactive to solve problems.
- Fair visual design skills, creativity, and conceptual know-how.
