THE TEAM

We are a product team of entrepreneurs, engineers, designers, and strategists. We run our own businesses as well as collaborate with other companies and startups to build useful products.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Take an active role in building close relationships with customers. It could be via emails, personal interactions, events, or just anyway you can think of to achieve this.
• Engage with customer to gain insights about their needs and problems. Become their friends!
• Create useful content to improve customer experience. See how your work directly influences the product development process.
• Monitor and keep track of bookings.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?

• A growth mindset to embrace challenge, a thirst for knowledge, and proactivity to solve problems.
• Complete or working towards a college degree in related fields (content marketing, communications, etc.), or if you're just simply interested and think you can nail the job :)
• Ability to do research and make sense of data.
• Great verbal and written skills
• Proved English proficiency approx. equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 90, no test needed.
